KA Data Group has provided a variety of services to the Community Bank Branches, as well as their Central Operations Data Center.  As a Financial institution, we can not go into great detail on specific services, but we can say that from an Information Technology viewpoint, FFG runs a tight ship.  They are process oriented and highly standardized across the various banks with hardware and software.  KA Data Group has helped provide services on site with expedited service levels to help keep business running smoothly.  Some of the branches have been remodeled and updated as they expand services to their customers.  KA Data Group has helped with cable installation and equipment movement.

Some of the FFG banks have begun to install digital signage in their lobbies for customers to view while in line or waiting to meet with personal bankers.  The digital signage helps provide valuable information to customers about new products or services available to them, and also piques their interest in things they may not have been aware of otherwise.  Current market rates, breaking headline news, and even sport scores are scrolled across screens for the customer's interest and convenience, while making the short wait seem even shorter!  It was a nice experience to hear customers complimenting the new technology before we ever got out of the branch!
